Uschi Joshua

GABA Director
Munich Chapter Chair

As a Munich native, Uschi was offered the opportunity to further expand her career in a more global role in corporate high-tech marketing in Silicon Valley in 1995. After a long-tenure with Corporate America, and the birth of two children, she decided that her talents and strengths were best suited contributing to the community: At the brink of extinction, she was instrumental in turning the German-American-International School, Menlo Park, around by introducing and implementing a new marketing concept, the International Baccalaureate (IB), which the School adopted as the new educational concept. Today, the School is an acknowledged World IB School. Back in corporate management with a world beater mobile provider in mid 2000, a buy-out prompted her to think how to best apply herself: With an MBA under her belt, she started a new career in real estate. She’s serving as director for the GABA Munich Chapter following her passion of leveraging the best of both worlds bringing two cultures closer together.
