Job Title: Senior Accountant who can rapidly advance to Tax Manager in our Partner-Track Program.

Our state-of-the-art IT network accesses ProSystems and TimeSlips for production and billing and Practice CS for workflow management.

Job Description: Our Senior Accountants apply their professional knowledge to tax and managing (limited) audit assignments, including NPO’s. Work directly with owners of privately held, small and medium-size businesses on tax matters. Review complex tax returns for individuals, trusts, corporations, partnerships, and foreign ownerships, and ensure the accuracy of all work. Identify tax issues and audit risks, and propose strategies to resolve them. Train and mentor staff on tax return production, and assess their performance. Supervise audit field work and the preparation of financial statements including all disclosure requirements.


  • Licensed CPA (attestation level) or Chartered Accountant, with 4+ years of experience in tax, and a solid understanding of accounting and audit issues, including GAAP, GAAS, and SSARS.

  • Ability to research accounting and tax issues using online and call resources.

  • Proficiency with Prosystems, QuickBooks and Excel, online research skills using IRS law libraries, BNA/CCH and industry websites, and strong general computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite, time and billing software, etc.

  • Self-commitment to policies, procedures, documentation and error-free work product.
