Peter Stanley Federman is a doctoral student in public administration at the University of Kansas, having previously received his B.A. from Tufts University and his M.P.A. from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, CUNY. His research considers questions of bureaucracy and democracy, including how administrative officials and elected politicians make decisions that impact the public. He brings expertise in bureaucratic politics, executive decision-making, and digital dashboards to the Track Trump project and sees this dashboard as an important and necessary tool of accountability in a democratic society.
