|A message from our Executive Director|
Thank you to all of our members, supporters and event attendees who have contributed to an extraordinary year of 2019! GABA not only hosted 40+ events and supported many more, but for the first time, we presented the Transatlantic Sync conference - building the bridge between Germany and California in an entirely new way.
Thanks to an amazing group of Stanford students, we offered a comprehensive program around a collaborative digital future based on AI, machine learning, and most importantly, our joint democratic and ethical values. For three days, top presenters from both sides of the Atlantic discussed innovation, digital health, future of work, and the challenging balance between transparency and privacy. Our programming for 2020 promises to be just as exciting, further exploring some of these themes, and adding new ones, including the latest on wave energy, medical cannabis, group dynamics and many more.
GABA members enjoy free or reduced entry to our events, as well as many other perks. Now is a good time to become part of our diverse, successful and well-connected German-American network to advance your business and your career. Also, make sure to join your peers and get tickets for the annual GABA Gala on January 31, an excellent opportunity to wine and dine in great company, support the German-American community, celebrate everything great that happened last year and look forward to an even better 2020.
My team and I wish you a healthy, peaceful, and prosperous New Year!
|We thank our main supporters:|
