Principal Engineer at Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals LLC, where she has been
employed since 1994. She also serves as Project Manager for multiple projects
on the Bayer Berkeley site. Her projects include R&D and Process Sciences
Labs, QC Lab Buildings, Manufacturing, Sterile Filling and Freeze Drying Areas,
a Vivarium, as well as Qualifications of Facilities and Equipment. Dr. Mihaescu received her doctorate in Mechanical Engineering at the Technical
University of Bucharest and is certified as a licensed Professional Engineer in
the State of California and she also obtained an Engineering Management
