Dolatschko was elected Chairwoman of the
Board for the German American Business

to GABA, she served on the board of the German
American Chamber of Commerce, West; co-founded
the German American Council for Business, Boston
in 1996 and served as their president for three
years; she served as president of the Arizona
Chapter of the German American Chamber of
Commerce from 1993-1995. Besides her involvement
in German American non-profit organizations, she
has also been active in other boards such as

Last week's merger Monday proved to be a
bonanza for Premium Corporate Member Cooley
Godward LLP. Cooley Godward teams led by
Keith Flaum are representing Siebel Systems Inc.
in its sale to Oracle Corp. and eBay Inc. in its
purchase of
Skype Technologies SA. Cooley began working with
Siebel in its early days and took the company
public in the mid-'90s. The law firm has enjoyed
a fairly steady diet of Siebel M&A deals. Cooley
also goes back a significant way with eBay. Last
year the firm advised the company on its
purchase of Mobile.de AG and in 1999 worked with
eBay in its purchase of German online auction
house Alando.de AG.
The European networking community,
EuroCircle, has recently launched its new

and is now both an offline and an online
community. Basic Corporate Member Splenium

re-design EuroCircle's branding and the colossal
