Memberships and Events Coordinator at GABA

GABA is looking for a part-time Memberships and Events Coordinator to help with event preparation and organization, membership and daily business. Needs to be customer-oriented, comfortable using Customer Relation Management and Direct Marketing Tools, able to work independently and pay attention to detail.

Tasks will include:

  • Manage member database
  • Distribute quarterly membership reports
  • Prepare, organize and promote events
  • Be present at the events
  • Help with event registration and execution
  • Talk to members and prospects at events
  • Assist with general business tasks such as correspondence, phone calls, etc.

Approximately 10 hours/week plus evening events 1-2 times per month, flexible work schedule, telecommute position. Needs to be available for evening events in San Francisco. Native German speaker preferred.
