German-American International School (GAIS)
Support the GAIS in
Menlo Park by signing its petition!
The Menlo Park City School District (MPCSD) will decide whether to terminate the lease partnership with GAIS for its O'Connor campus on April 9, 2013 - two years prior to the natural lease expiration date of June 2016.
If the MPCSD decides to terminate the lease with GAIS on April 9, 2013, GAIS will need to vacate its home of over two decades and find, permit, improve, and relocate to a new site by June 30, 2014 - in just 15 months. This presents a nearly impossible task in the challenging Silicon Valley real estate market.
Please join GAIS and GABA in asking MPCSD to defer the decision to terminate the lease for at least one year by signing our online petition.
