    The German American Business Association of California and Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany invite you to 2 wonderful concerts with Max Raabe and the Palastorchester from Berlin. These world famous 13 musicians and their singer, Max Raabe, will be playing music from the 20ies and early 30ies from Germany and from German composers, like the famous song "San Francisco" from the 1936 Clark Gable movie. They have filled large concert halls not only in Germany, but also in New York, Atlanta and Houson. This is their second trip to the US and their first time in the Bay area.     GABA News
    GABA is looking for a part-time volunteer to help with event preparation and organization, membership and daily business. We are looking for a committed, reliable volunteer who can help on a regular basis for at least 4-6 months. Needs to be customer-oriented, able to work independently and pay attention to detail. Tasks will include preparation, marketing and follow-up of events, being present at the events to help with registration and execution, talking to members and prospects, preparation of the monthly newsletter, and helping with general business items such as correspondence, phone calls etc.
    Approximately 10-15 hours/week, based in Mountain View. Native German speaker preferred.
    This is an excellent opportunity for someone to benefit from GABA's extensive network in the Bay Area, meet interesting people and attend high-level events. Please send your application to info@gaba-network.org.
